SEA extend a warm welcome to Phil Wright and Terry Seamark, two very accomplished engineers in the field of design and product development and a combined experience covering most aspects of mechanical engineering. Phil worked for many years gaining experience in the steel fabrication industry including high-tech steel cutting and processing equipment and later went on to run his own successful company.

Terry's expertise lies in the area of precision machined parts and coupled with a vast knowledge of mechanical engineering went on to also run his own successful engineering company. In the late nineties, Phil and Terry joined the largest independent construction, piling and foundation company in the UK, in a role of advising production engineers and running the Research and Development Department. Adding to the extensive knowledge of engineering, Phil and Terry became key in the innovation of the following areas : - Piling designs, construction and manufacture. - Piling reinforcement and connecting systems. - Thermally efficient foundation systems used for homes and industrial applications. - Geothermal and general ground drilling systems. - Piling rig design and manufacture. - Advanced thermally efficient off-site manufacture of wall and floor systems. - Waste management treatment using vitrification systems. Coupled with a comprehensive knowledge in the field of geology, Phil and Terry will prove a huge asset to the SEA team in the development of SEA-tech foundation products.

During the past few months Phil and Terry have been instrumental in the design of our new SEA-tech "state of the art" drilling bits, micro piles, soil nails / rock-bolts and other construction based consumables. Here's wishing them both a great future at SEA!
